Julia Foxwell, World Champion Skydiver

The past two years has been hard work for our team to meet our goal of winning both competitions. We have not only needed to train in the air and in the wind tunnel, but physically in the gym as well. Before I met you, my physical training was OK but I wasn’t progressing my fitness or strength as quickly as I needed it to be.

The progress I saw in my work  with you was incredible. In just a few short weeks, I noticed I was improving in strength, my overall fitness was increasing and I was looking better too! You not only helped with which exercises were right for me, but you explained why they were necessary too. You also helped on what were the best foods to eat along with when to each them as well which I found really useful.

You are a true professional and definitely helped me achieve my ultimate goal of becoming a World Champion, Thank you for all your help, I would recommend you to anyone.
