Blueprint Fitness was formed in 2005 by Marek Doyle. Offering Personal Training, Nutritional Therapy and Allergy Therapy, Marek provides intelligent advice to make a difference to the lives of his clients. Marek is the only practitioner in the country qualified in these three areas of health.

Rather than deliver an anonymous message of 'healthy eating' and 'keeping fit', Marek has always transended health politics through intelligent analysis and independent thought. Marek has consistently strived to provide the most appropriate and accurate advice for all benefits and recognises the totality of the human condition.

Marek has published a wealth of articles on training and nutrition topics, is a contributing editor to Good Life Magazine, has competed in the ring as a Thai Boxer, has trained athletes and non-athletes alike and is considered one of the country's best trainers. His perspective is unparalleled.

With this perspective in mind, Marek recognises that it is simply not enough to count reps for clients and throw in an encouraging word or two. The realm of personal trainers is as stale as its results suggest. Marek is a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Allergist, but takes these qualifications further through constant and ongoing reading, research and refinement.

The approach of Blueprint Fitness is not about deciding how best you will benefit from a Personal Trainer, or Nutritionist. We will always provide the bespoke service that best fits your requirements, whether or not this is something offered at the clinic or if this means referring you elsewhere.

This approach means you will be considered as an individual and, where necessary, will: test core muscle function to ensure healthy movement and healthy spine, discuss your current medications and suggest more beneficial alternatives, profile your personal vitamin requirements, screen for common disorders such as intestinal imbalance, hypoglycaemia, candida overgrowth etc, overcome poor stress and sleep patterns, and determine adrenal, thyroid and other hormone balance and rectify this where necessary using blood and saliva tests. This is simply a summary of the extra steps taken to obtain a full picture of your personal situation - this makes getting results a much quicker and easier process.

You will be refered to other professionals where appropriate (eg. sports massage therapists, chriropractors, even reiki healers). Blueprint Fitness have a small network of professional friends to this end, so you will never need to choose which 'therapy' to use to meet your requirements; instead, you will be advised how to blend methods for best results in your specific needs.
